Jeffrey Parrillo and Aaron Wieczorek Join the ASAP Board of Directors

At the February 1, 2012 meeting, President Anne Weismann welcomed new and returning Board members, and then the Board set goals and priorities for the year. The development of an ASAP certification program is high on the list and newly elected Vice President Joel D. Miller has agreed to chair the committee.

New to the Board are directors Jeffrey Parrillo and Aaron Wieczorek. Both are already fully engaged on the ASAP committees and activities. Returning to Board service in addition to Joel D. Miller are Karen Finnegan, re-elected as treasurer and Cindy Allard who was re-elected as director. Continuing to serve on the 2012 Board are Anne Weismann as president, Steve McConnell as immediate past president, and Carmen Mallon as secretary. Scott Hodes, William H. Holzerland, Dick Huff continue to serve as directors to complete the second year of their two-year terms.

While we know that we are in good hands going into the future, it is always a sense of loss when we have departing Board members. Will Kammer and Caroline Smith have completed their terms of service. Both have been instrumental in the development of all ASAP programs over the course of several years in the planning stages as chairs of the committees and as presenters. Our sense of loss is tempered by their continued support of ASAP activities.
