ABOUT THE PROGRAM — The ASAP Training Series is a series of one-day seminars on the Freedom of Information and Privacy Acts. The first seminar is a "nuts & bolts" program that serves as an entry level program or refresher course, covering comprehensive overviews of each Act and the complex relationship between the Acts. The second and third seminars are designed to cover more advanced topics.

PROGRAM LOCATION — The ASAP Training Series is being held at the Cafritz Conference Center. The Cafritz Conference Center is located at George Washington University — Cloyd Heck Marvin Center (Third Floor), 800 21st Street N.W., Washington, D.C. 20052.

We strongly recommend that you use Metro Rail — Foggy Bottom Stop on the Orange/Blue lines.

Parking — Parking is always a concern in a metropolitan area. The Marvin Center does not have reserved parking for people attending events in the building, and can only assist with event parking by contacting University Parking Services. A University Parking Garage is located on the bottom five levels of the Marvin Center and can be accessed on H Street, between 21st and 22nd Streets. The Marvin Center Garage closes at 12 midnight Monday through Friday. Make sure you have your car out by 11:45 pm. It is closed on Saturday and Sunday. The University Visitor's Parking Garage can be accessed on 22nd Street between H and Eye Streets. For rates please contact Parking Services at 202-994-7275.

Special Needs — The H Street and 21st Street entrances to the Marvin Center are equipped with elevators and/or ramps and automatic doors to accommodate clients with special needs. Anyone who has requests regarding special needs or if a problem occurs with any special needs equipment, please contact Marvin Center Operations (47470) or Disabilities Support Services. In case of emergency, patrons should proceed to the H Street Stairwell for evacuation from the building by trained personnel.
