During the year we have undertaken several strategic initiatives. Revising ASAP’s governing documents has been a priority. I am pleased to present proposed amendments to the ASAP bylaws, which can be found linked below.

I want to thank the Strategic Planning Task Force (Chair Ramona Branch Oliver, Niquelle Allen, Selma Bajramovic, Jennifer Noble and Wanda Williams) as well as board members Allan Blutstein and Martha Murphy for their work over the last year. The proposed amendments bring ASAP in line with today’s business norms and align some of the language to be consistent with the Articles of Incorporation.
